Risk Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure explains important limitations and risks related to MARFIN, including the nature of the information provided through the service, the limits of model-based market analytics, and the risks that remain with each user when using MARFIN in connection with investing, trading, options, leveraged exposure, or any other market activity.

MARFIN is offered through OÜ MegagroupEU.

Important

MARFIN is a paid financial market analytics indicator that provides informational market regime, model-state, and exposure-category data only.

MARFIN does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, execution, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, hedge, allocate to, or avoid any specific security, fund, derivative, strategy, or market exposure.

MARFIN does not take into account your individual circumstances, objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, tax position, liquidity needs, legal restrictions, or portfolio.

All investment, trading, hedging, portfolio, and risk-management decisions remain solely your responsibility.

1. Informational analytics indicator only

MARFIN is designed as an informational financial market analytics indicator. It may present market regime information, model-state data, exposure categories, scores, historical model views, benchmark context, delayed public outputs, live subscription outputs, Telegram notifications, API data, or workflow-related product information.

These outputs are impersonal model-based information. They are not based on your personal financial situation, objectives, portfolio, risk tolerance, tax position, legal restrictions, or investment needs.

MARFIN is not a broker, investment manager, custodian, exchange, execution venue, financial planner, regulated investment adviser, discretionary portfolio manager, or fiduciary. Use of MARFIN does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, managed-account, or similar regulated professional relationship.

Nothing on the website, in Telegram, in subscription content, in charts, in APIs, in alerts, in emails, in support messages, or in related communications should be interpreted as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, hedge, allocate to, avoid, or otherwise transact in any security, fund, derivative, strategy, or market exposure.

2. No personal investment advice

MARFIN does not know your personal situation and does not evaluate whether any investment, trade, hedge, allocation, strategy, or market exposure is suitable or appropriate for you.

In particular, MARFIN does not assess:

  • your financial circumstances;
  • your income, assets, debts, or liquidity needs;
  • your investment objectives or time horizon;
  • your tolerance for drawdowns, volatility, leverage, or loss;
  • your tax treatment or jurisdiction-specific constraints;
  • your existing portfolio, concentration, or correlation risk;
  • your use of leverage, margin, options, futures, or other derivatives;
  • whether any specific position, trade, strategy, instrument, or exposure is suitable for you.

You remain fully responsible for determining whether any use of MARFIN is appropriate for your own circumstances and for seeking professional financial, legal, or tax advice where appropriate.

3. Markets involve risk of loss

All investing and trading involve risk. Losses can occur quickly, and in some cases losses may be substantial.

Financial markets are uncertain, non-linear, and influenced by factors that cannot be fully predicted or controlled, including macroeconomic events, policy changes, earnings outcomes, liquidity shifts, technical failures, geopolitical shocks, volatility expansions, sentiment reversals, and regime breaks.

Even where a model is disciplined and historically tested, losses remain possible. No method, model, regime filter, score, exposure category, or analytics framework can eliminate market risk.

4. Drawdown risk remains real

MARFIN is designed around the problem of market regimes and drawdowns, but that does not mean drawdowns can be avoided entirely.

A market regime model may react too slowly, shift too early, remain defensive while markets recover, remain risk-on too long, or perform differently from historical expectations under new market conditions.

In fast-moving markets, losses may continue even when a defensive or transitional model posture appears warranted. Gaps, overnight moves, sharp reversals, and abrupt volatility changes can overwhelm any practical response framework.

5. Leveraged ETFs, options, and derivatives involve elevated risk

MARFIN may be used by people who analyse or trade leveraged ETFs, options, futures, margin exposure, or other higher-risk instruments. These instruments involve elevated complexity and can amplify losses significantly.

Leveraged ETFs may behave differently from simple long-only exposure over time, especially in volatile conditions. Options and derivatives may involve complex payoff structures, assignment risk, expiry risk, volatility exposure, time decay, liquidity issues, margin requirements, and asymmetric loss profiles.

If you use MARFIN in connection with leverage, margin, options, futures, or derivatives, you should assume that the risk of error and the speed of loss may be materially greater than in unleveraged long-only investing.

MARFIN does not determine whether any leveraged, options, or derivative strategy is suitable for you.

6. No guarantee of performance

MARFIN does not guarantee profit, reduced losses, smoother performance, improved timing, successful capital preservation, or better results than any benchmark, strategy, instrument, or market exposure.

Any examples, charts, historical model outputs, comparisons, cumulative returns, benchmark context, model-state histories, drawdown statistics, or performance illustrations are not guarantees of future results.

Past performance, past model behaviour, historical backtests, and hypothetical model results do not guarantee future outcomes under live market conditions.

7. Backtests and historical model results are hypothetical

Historical backtests, model histories, simulated results, and benchmark comparisons are hypothetical and shown for informational purposes only. They do not reflect the experience of any individual user.

Backtested or historical model results may differ materially from live use because of execution timing, slippage, fees, taxes, liquidity, spreads, data revisions, model changes, signal timing, delayed access, operational constraints, and future market conditions.

You should not assume that any historical model result can be replicated in live investing or trading.

8. Delays, model error, and data limitations

MARFIN may rely on historical data, delayed website data, upstream providers, derived calculations, technical pipelines, and product logic that may contain limitations, omissions, assumptions, estimation error, stale values, or service interruptions.

Public website outputs may be delayed. Telegram, subscription, and API workflows may also be affected by infrastructure issues, queueing, timing gaps, message delivery problems, provider outages, data provider limitations, or temporary inconsistencies.

You should not assume that MARFIN is always available, complete, up to date, accurate, or free from model, calculation, transport, data, or presentation error.

9. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use MARFIN.

This includes responsibility for:

  • deciding whether MARFIN fits your own needs;
  • independently reviewing current market conditions;
  • managing sizing, leverage, liquidity, and execution risk;
  • evaluating taxes, legal restrictions, broker rules, and compliance obligations;
  • deciding whether to make, avoid, modify, hedge, or close any financial position;
  • obtaining advice from your own financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisers where appropriate.

If a decision matters enough to affect capital materially, it should be reviewed under your own judgment and, where appropriate, with professional advice.

10. Suitability, legality, and jurisdiction

MARFIN may not be suitable, available, or lawful for every user, market participant, country, state, or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of MARFIN is permitted and appropriate in the place where you live, operate, trade, invest, or provide services.

MARFIN is not intended to be used in any jurisdiction or manner where its use, publication, distribution, access, payment, subscription, or related communication would be unlawful or would require authorization that has not been obtained.

If you are subject to regulatory, fiduciary, licensing, fund, employer, internal compliance, or professional obligations, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of MARFIN is consistent with those obligations.

11. No assurance of uninterrupted access

Access to MARFIN may be interrupted, restricted, delayed, or unavailable at any time due to maintenance, technical problems, data provider issues, Telegram delivery limitations, payment provider issues, abuse-prevention controls, legal reasons, or product changes.

You should not rely on MARFIN as the sole operational input for a time-sensitive investment, trading, hedging, portfolio, or risk-management decision.

12. No professional or fiduciary relationship

Your use of MARFIN does not create a fiduciary duty, investment advisory relationship, brokerage relationship, attorney-client relationship, tax advisory relationship, or any similar regulated professional relationship.

Any support, product guidance, onboarding information, technical explanation, or feature explanation provided by us should be understood as informational product communication unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
